Automotive

Certified by IATF 16949:2016, we supply to the automotive market, serving with all speed and technical quality required by our customers. To serve this market, we have an automated molding line integrated with modern machining, deburring and painting. With a machining factory capable of meeting the tolerances and high productivity needs of the sector, we offer the complete solution for your demand. These are parts that mainly supply the truck and bus market that can be supplied in a raw state, semi-machined, machined or assembled.

Agricultural

The agricultural segment is increasingly representative in our supply portfolio. Our versatility allows us to meet almost all types of parts and demands in gray and nodular cast iron. With a new automated line, modern machining and integrated deburring, we provide technical quality and punctuality to customers who demand transmission housings and other high demand items. Lower demand parts, which require robustness, can be manufactured in our mechanized or manual lines. We offer complete solutions to the agricultural sector, either in our light and serial machining facilities or in our heavy machining facilities.

Wind Energy

Mainly aiming at the expansion of the wind energy market, we implemented our heavy parts manufacturing unit and are currently the main supplier in this sector. With a unit equipped with modern and high technology equipment, we guarantee quality in all stages of production, from molding to final inspection with inspectors ”level 3”, ensuring the high quality required by the wind energy segment. The use of simulation software is an important ally of our technical team in product development, minimizing the risks of non-quality and ensuring assertiveness in meeting deadlines. We offer the complete solution to our customers, delivering machined parts and with special painting, assuming all the logistical operations involved in the supply chain of the items.

Construction and Earthmoving

Whether by our automated lines with modern machining and integrated deburring, or by our mechanized and manual molding lines, we have production versatility to meet the construction and earthmoving market, which requires robust parts, however, with high technical quality. Complete solutions for customers in this segment, either in our light and serial machining factory, or in our heavy parts machining factory.

Capital Goods

We produce items of varying sizes for the capital goods segment at our manufacturing units for light, medium and heavy parts. The know-how acquired by the manufacture of cast items for our own product lines is applied in the supply of bases, tables, columns, heads, etc., offering the complete solution also in machining and heat treatments.

Oil and Gas

We meet the demand of the oil and gas segment, either for light parts, or for heavy parts with high technical complexity. The use of simulation software is an important ally of our technical team in product development, minimizing the risks of non-quality and ensuring assertiveness in meeting deadlines. With important machining know-how and constant development of machine tools for this market, we assume the role of strategic supplier of cast and machined parts in gray and nodular iron.

Railway

With automated and mechanized production lines, modern machining and integrated deburring, we provide technical quality and punctuality to customers who demand gearbox housings, offering solutions that also involve machining and assembly. Our manufacturing unit for heavy parts, with modern and high technology equipment, and our special molding areas, enable us as a supplier for customers in the railway sector who demand engine blocks and other parts that make up the locomotive.

Others

With diverse lines of molding, machining and deburring, we can produce parts from 10 kg to 35 tons, covering practically all sectors that demand gray and nodular cast iron. With important know-how in machining and constant development of machine tools for different markets, we assume the role of strategic supplier of cast and machined parts in gray and nodular iron.
